Yesss I know lots of people with the habit. I try my very best to stop them with loads of soloutions but they are just to tempted!

AAK! I hate when I meet and shake hands with someone and their hand is cold and damp and then see that their fingers are constantly in their mouth. Nail biters, grow up. You are unsanitary.

it is not really bad. u just tell them that it is not a good habit. remind them always. try not to make them feel shame but just tell them it is not a good habit.
