Fundamental equation:

E = 1/2 m v^2

Since E = 810 J, and m = 20 kg, solve for v:

810 = 1/2 * 20 * v^2
v^2 = 81
v = 9 meters per second

K.E=1/2mvv (v square)
810=1/2*20*vv
vv=810/10
vv=81
v=9

Ek = mv²/2 so
810 = 20v²/2 and with a bit of algebra
v = √(2*810/20) = √(1620/20) = √81 = 9 m/s
