Go to http://www.tvguide.com/listings/setup/localize.aspx
Enter in your zip code, and what tv provider you have (regular, cable, satellite, etc)
It will show you all listings in your area.

To me it seems to be on 24/7 on some channell. I feel like I can't escape it. But that might be because I hate that show with all my person!
