I am writing a report on the history of the FBI and i have the main body done but i am not sure how to add the rest of the info.

the main body is just the main history, after the main history i want to go in to spacific parts of the history such as HRT, Waco and so on. connected to the main body is my closing statement.

main problem i need to know is wether or not to place the closing statement at the end of the main history or after all the added stuff that does not really fit in the main history?

The closing statement ALWAYS goes at the end of your paper, no matter what. Your closing statement should be a wrap up of the general paper. It doesn't have to review every single part of it as much as the general idea of it.

I think you can add it right after but you need a good transitional sentence and you must connect it to the body like the FBI is called in for... and they do.... like in Waco when they did....
Hopefully this helps. Good Luck.

You may benefit from shuffling what you've already written. That's an important part of all good writing- good editing!

A very reliable way to write papers is to start out with an overview saying, basically, "Here's a quick overview of what I'm going to tell you." Then you write the main content. Then you recap what you told them... basically saying,
"And here's a summary of what I just told you."

The closing statement should go at the very end of the report. It will be part of the summary of what you just wrote.

It is useful to hint at the most exciting stuff early in the paper to keep things interesting, and to keep people reading to learn more. You can do this by just touching on stuff like Waco, HRT, etc. in your overview.
