Have to agree with the Switzerland theory. They're neutral, after all. Smarter not to make alliances with people who will only turn on you when the alliance is no longer convenient. Australia would've been a contender too if bloody John Howard never became PM. (*sigh*) What's wrong with not getting involved in wars that never should've happened, and reducing greenhouse emissions?

Switzerland. It's friends with all other countries. It has a great respect of human rights and high levels of living for its citizens.
