Your tank should be no smaller than 10 gallons per inch of turtle so in your case you would want to get at least a 50 to 60 gal. tank. If you could go larger, it will be better though since your turtles will continue to grow.
The tank should be full with rocks and stuff and live plants for them to sit on and hide in, you should also have a turtle dock or some way for them to get completely out of the water. They need to be able to get out and dry off if they want and you should have a uvb/uva light over this area since turtles are cold blooded and get their heat from outside sources. You need to provide a light that will provide both uva and uvb since the turtle needs this light to grow, they need the uvb which is most like the sun to help them to grow and digest their food. There are so many things that you will want to know, a great place to check is: http://www.austinsturtlepage.com/

This website will give you all the needed info you can ever want:) Also on a final note, please remember not to put small gravel or sand in your tank, the turtles will eat both and become impacted and not be able to go to the bathroom and it will cost you a fortune taking them to the vet and having them cleaned out.

Take care!

They need a good sized tank that has an area that lets them get out of the water. As far as fish they will eat most small fish and larger fish will stress them. Something like a sucker fish is usually tough enough to survive, but if you put something decorative with them they will almost definatly bite off its fins

They have to have someplace to get out of the water.. You could go to your local pet store and ask about a vivarium set up... Any fish you put in there, they will prob. eat or try to.. I had one in my classroom for 10 years and finally donated him to the local zoo when he got too big for my 40 gallon tank... I used an underground filter and cut it.. They get the water nasty tho after awhile...
