Do you say Jee-anne or is it just Jean?

LOL, this is a different spelling of my name.
There are two ways to say it. The traditional way, like Jeanne de Arc is "Jean" enphasis on the "Zha" sound, not a hard "Jah" like in America.
The more modern way of saying the name is Jah-nay.

I had a friend in high school who spelled her name that way. She pronounced it the same as "Jean".

I think it's just a different spelling of Jean, but then again, I don't know anyone with that name, so your guess is as good as mine!

It isn't pronounced either way. You pronounce it "Jeannie."
