I can't decide if I want Rachel Ray or Ty Pennington, both would be extremely useful. As a guy I'm leaning toward Rachel...but man, my basement needs refinishing!!

Ozzy Osbourne. After learning about his family on their show, I would LOVE to have them as neighbors. They're all so cool. And I love how Ozzie threw that ham over into their pesty neighbors' yard. Could you imagine the music coming from that place??? And the barking at the moon???

tom and katie. they are super rich, i cant imagine the stuff they throw away. probably worth more than half the stuff i own. and tom is a looney tune, i bet he does like naked tai-chi in his back yard in the mornings. plus the guest list for their get togethers would be amazing. they also seem nice, well at least tom seems nice.
oh and im pregnant, and hopefully they would give me the stuff baby suri grows out of...my baby will be ridin in style!!!

I would have to say Jennifer Garner. The reason I'm saying this is because she seems like she would be a really nice person to have as a neighbor. She is also my favorite actress.
