You can use a vacuum pump or siphon pump to pull out a little bit of oil. Or you can simply drain everything out through the bolt on the bottom and replace the fluid and add the addidtive.
The pump/siphon method will require a small clear tube, probably from a pet store like the air line in the fish section that will fit inside the dipstick hole. That will be where you add the fluid as well, so make sure you get a funnel.

Unless the additive specifically says to remove fluid from the transmission don't ever take fluid out of the transmission. This can cause the transmission to overheat and could cause worse problems that whatever you're putting the additive in for in the first place. If you are supposed to remove fluid, use a small tube and a siphon pump to remove the fluid from the dipstick tube. Keep the fluid. Put the additive in through the dipstick tube and then check the fluid in the transmission per the instructions, normally on the dipstick. If the fluid is low then add the fluid that you took out until the level is correct. I would also check the fluid periodically over the next week to make sure that the transmission was full of fluid.

the main income of guy-made is that it may bypass alot longer between adjustments. It stands as much as abuse greater useful. in case you used customary oil and altered it greater in many circumstances it may be the comparable. I constantly use synthetic Oil purely to be on the secure factor. on condition that your motor vehicle is supercharged, i'd in all probability used synthetic oil. I actually have a turbocharged motor vehicle and the producer demands synthetic oil for my motor vehicle.
