Today I just got my Upgrade from Microsoft Media Center to Vista Home Premium kit from Dell, the only thing its asking me to uninstall is my Dell Wireless WLAN Card, should I? does Vista have built in drivers for built in wireless lan cards, it says Dell recommends it, but im not gona take a chance and what better thing to do than come to Yahoo legit Answers, so plz anyone please help me if you can :D

Also how would I know if its the x86, or the 32Bit version, if it doesn't say anywhere? and what does the 32bit version apply to, what does it change b.c I could probably find out just from that

I tried installing Vista last week! It wouldn't even install!! What a joke! I have 2.5 GHz CPU 2 Gig ram (all at or above and beyond sys requir. I would wait a few months (like 6, and wait ubtil all bug reports are in and then pruchase a stable upgrade or what ever you need!

If there is an option to turn it off, do so. That should do the trick. And yes it has drivers on the OS......IF it's the x86 (32 bit) version.

Hi. Vista is still experiencing a few driver issues but, if it was me, I would remove it just to find the bug, if any. YMMV.
