Ignorant people believe all of your items.

Those type of people, I call them the "hate group", become brainwashed from the educational (?) system.

It is sad that they don't take the time to find out the real facts.

Beam me up!

Yes, to all the above. Closer to the States they've even given covert backing to Coup's to topple Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez! No wonder he is on an alternative South American tour at the moment to mirror Dubya's.

Every country the USA influences turns to ****.

Saddam was once one of their best buddies. Why? Because he opposed Iran. Didn't hear anything about attrocities to people then. The USA turned a blind eye & to be fair the rest ofthe world did too. When they needed a reason to turn on him though they remembered that one. He probably killed thuse Kurds with US supplied weapons.

I do believe that the USA went into Iraq to gain access to the oil reserves.

I don't think that they had an eye on the opium in Vietnam or Afghanistan.

That's documented fact. It's right in the Congressional reports and legislative history for the laws to many of those actions. Do the research (Library of Congress -- thomas.loc.gov).

Whether that is the sole or primary reason is open to debate. But those are certainly factors that went into the decisions.

EVERY country that invades another does so for personal benefit ( if you define personal benefit as what is in the country's " national interest" ) . The one exception that comes to find is the U.S. involvement in Bosnia/Kosovo. We really had nothing to gain by intervening. Public outcry concerning the atrocities taking place drove us there.

I guess there really isnt an answer. If you are convinced of this, just bear in mind that I am convinced the majority of the USA is logical thinking. Even if I believe these wars are unjust, and or unneeded, I also believe that it is not to gain an illegal resource. I mean what is gained by throwing millions at the "drug war" if you are perpetuating it. You are spending the money are making??

It is true but there are more reasons for invading and not only that. A main reason to is that the value of dollar in relation with the euro is keep falling.

The Yankee government only invades to keep the Yank population in its place, Oh and to keep the price of oil for the Yankee public artificially low. they are after all in love with the Chelsea tractor or large truck sized cars.
