best example I could come up with is:

adj
1. containing facts: involving, containing, or based on facts
2. truthful: consisting of the truth, or including only those things that are real or actual
[Mid-19th century. Modeled on actual .]
-fac·tu·al·i·ty [fà k choo állÉtee], n
-fac·tu·al·ly [fák choo Élee, fákchÉlee], adv
-fac·tu·al·ness, n
ac·tu·al·i·ty
ac·tu·al·i·ty [à kchoo állÉtee]
(plural ac·tu·al·i·ties)
n
1. what in fact is: something that is real, as opposed to what is expected, intended, or feared
Let’s deal with actualities.
2. everything that really exists or happens: everything that does or could exist or happen in real life
From the above definitions, it is obvious that the difference is one of existance. A fact may be a concept and therefore, has no concrete existance. When it is concrete, it has existance and therefore, an actuality.

In my mind, I think that the key difference is in timing. Actuality suggest something that is happening in real time and is therefore "at the present moment". Whereas factuality suggest something that may/has already occurred and is supported by empirical evidence as to its occurrence and is therefore "in the past"......

Very simple semantics: a fact is an accurate or very widely accepted statement about a person or thing. Actuality is the reality that a fact refers to.

factum is related to what is, an d how that is presented to you. Act, has nothing to do with you as a subject. So factum is something as it is being known by a subject.
