I've got to say that "Survival of the fittest" has to be the most bizarre way yet for a creationist to try to prove themselves right.

As for who would win, it's a tough call, because while the Bible is pretty big book to beat somebody over the head with, the same can be said of some biology text books (and that is most often the distinguishing factor of "evolutionists": they are people who have actually picked up a science book at some point in their lives.)

Oh yeah, and for clueless people who think "theory" means the same thing as "hypothesis" or "opinion" in science, read this: http://talkorigins.org/faqs/evolution-fact.html

Paradoxically perhaps, but the Darwinian evolutionist would win, because he takes more notice of what God has created than the fundumentalist Creationist does.

Depends on who makes the first move.

The Darwinian would win if he smashed the creationist over the head with a rock while the creationist sat and prayed for his opponent to be smited.

The creationist would win if he buried the Darwinian under a pile of articles purporting to find the location of Noah's Ark while the evolutionist busied himself theorizing whether stubby-billed finches evolved before or after long-beaked storks.

Of course, asking (and answering) questions like these make everyone a little bit of a loser.

The Darwinian evolutionist would judge his life comparatively meaningless in the grand design of life on earth and so wouldn't fight. Instead his weapon of choice would be an illustrated book of sea creatures; in an attempt to reason with the maniac, he would explain how fish have, over millions of years developed the use of bio luminescence to attract, repulse, confuse and camouflage other creatures.

A fundamentalist creationist would scratch his head, go "duh?" and then detonate his back pack, killing everybody.

The fundamentalist would clothe himself in the Armor of His Faith and wield only His Righteousness. The darwinian would sensibly be wielding a semi-automatic combat rifle.

Darwinian wins.

A Darwinian evolutionist would win, hands down. Creationists tend to spend more time in their imaginations to explain human past, while evolutionists are aggressive and get down and dirty to find physical evidence to prove their theories.

If the one weapon is logic, then creationists win hands down.

(I assume you mean a fundamentalist evolutionist?)

1) Both can be very mean. So even.
2) Both can be very angry. So we are still even.
3) Both can be very stubborn. Still no progress.
So, I think the only thing we can do to break this stalemate is bring in GODZILLA. Godzilla wins all battles.

I would say the fundamentalist creationist because they would use the bible to prove their point of view. Example: ape was here the evolued into a man. Animals was created first, the man. Then the man was told in gensis to name the animals before him. He therefore must have named "APE"..
another point, if man came from ape why do we still have apes? why didn't all apes get evolved into men? what came first the chicken or the egg? the chicken of course since he was created then the egg was layed to go the the process and reproduction.

Darwin's theory on evolution was his opinion. Note the word THEORY.
