Yes they are this desperate. Truth is the great enemy of liberalism. Just as the left uses law suits to Deny that Dec 25 celebrates the birth of Jesus and not winter holiday, that Darwinism is a theory and not a fact. Now the left will use intimidation and the courts to stifle any opposition to their stand on global warming. The tactics they use are those of religious fanatics, so like the islamics who go into hysteria whenever people point out that the Koran describes Muhammad as a pedophile. Close minded leftists have decided that decent is not use full that facts don't matter, only blind belief and group think can be the order of the day. Sieg Heil you small minded lefties. Freedom is slavery, love is hate, peace is war

Hmm. How ironic.

Are the anti-global warming tards, (like the current administration) really this desperate to stop people with brains from saying the truth?

"Lawmakers received survey results of federal scientists that showed 46 percent felt pressure to eliminate the words “climate change,” “global warming” or similar terms from communications about their work.

The scientists also reported 435 instances of political interference in their work over the past five years."

Guess who applied THAT pressure?
Yeah; the Bush administration.

You do know there is lots of documented cases of the Bush administration and other government agencies restricting scientists who support global warming. they edit and restrict those scientists. So it goes both ways. As for me, I believe that CO2 exists and that humans produce it.

Yes! There are always two sides to an argument, but this issue cannot have a counter. If you don't believe in global warming you are an idiot, bigot, racists and comparable to Hitler. From the global warming worshipers point of view, if you don't attend their church, then you aren't worth spit and your view doesn't count (even if you are a scientists). Furthermore, if you are a scientists who feels global warming is bull ish, then you aren't a credible scientists. I don't understand how some people can criticize positions and feel it is justified under the constitution, but if you criticize their position you are one of the names mentioned in the first sentence.

There are too many people invested in this theory. Federal money, university money, Al Gore's carbon footprint company, etc. A climatologist who speaks out against this theory is in danger of losing funding.

Liberals would just love it if they were the only ones left with freedom of speach, and will do anything they can to get you to shut up.

Idiots like you really make my butt tired. If you can't see what's really going on then you deserve to live in a world with yellow air and brown water.

The environment isn't a partisian issue, it is a human issue. I don't understand why people are so against green technologies. They are cheaper, safer, and more cost effective.
