The seminars pertain to REAL ESTATE INVESTING specifically short sale strategies for working with lenders on foreclosed property. I would like an answer from someone who actually attended the seminar for some meaningful feedback

It's nothing more than them marketing products to you that you can use to start selling things. Sorry, but these things are a pure rip-off.

FINANCIAL HEALTH COACH?

I hope you are kidding! I am a financial advisor for 40 yrs
and have never heard of the term. IT is not real.
IT is bogus, invented by seminar creators.

ONE does not need coaching in investing. ONE needs
logical questions asked and then answered.

Meaning; jane doe, if you wish to have this type of return,
you need to do this,
if a dif return, you can do that.

if you need to be passive [other people control your investment cash, you can do these things]
etc

It amazes me how more and more companies who
can't do anything new change terms and words that
are normal and try to invent a new business.

I can't wait for

cash handler for cashier

bag carrier for grocery store carry out clerk

food service customer service analyst for waiter/waitress.

airborn guide for pilot

and yesterday, the most preposterous title yet;
chief profits officer.
