Hi there, I'm not a Beckham hater but I do feel that there are better players than him out there. If he continues to play well, there will always be an England place for him. Beckham will have to leave the England squad one day, maybe we should start getting used to the idea. Just like Newcastle have had to cope with the loss of Shearer, and Roy Keane's departure from Man Utd.

I like David Beckham, and I think that he is a contribution to the England, but his time is done. The England squad need to start using their younger players to get them experienced and ready for competitions like Euro Cup, and the World Cup. Remember all the striker issues England had at the World Cup this past summer? Couldn't use Walcott because, though he is a talented footballer, he didn't have the experience to make his debut in a match past the group stages.

So leave Beckham out. Let the teams future get the experience so that they are ready when it comes time to play in major competitions.

I don't love or hate beckam but as a player, no one out there can ever tell you he's ever been a bad player.

He was wonderful at Man U and proved to be a world class player although both fans and coaches did not trust him. Can you imagine just for saying he's going to Us he's been excluded from playing.

Thank God after being recalled he proved there is no better Winger than him at Madrid.

The reason why he's not being called at the national team is that he had a beef with the coach while at Man U but the result is since taking charge of the team and playing his stile things are not convincing anyone including players themselves... So the solution is to be open and recall Becks as he's a model and great player.

Thanx!

I'm not a becks hater mate but i reckon that the standard of football hes gonna be playing in USA is equivalent to about league 2.you might argue that USA had a pretty good world cup,but all their international players are playing mainly in Europe.basically, becks is gonna be playing against a load of col ledge kids and i don't blame him for 125 mill...he cant even be considered for England under those conditions.becks was a great player, hes done his international duty,..

never know why he was dropped especially as he played under mcclaren at utd? his passion for england is next to none. maybe it was because he gave up the arm band who knows? i felt for him in the interviews about him being dropped.
