Fun and excitement does not just fall on your doorstep. Get out there and find it. Take a year out and go work abroad. Go to your local library - they usually have a huge selection of reference books on this. Buy the Big Issue and look at the adds in the back pages. They're full of travel opportunities and work abroad. You'll meet interesting people and make new friends. Broaden your horizons.
I don't know your background but i'm guessing you are a healthy, young person. I don't want to rant or offend but I get annoyed when people say their life is 'crappy'. What makes you say that it is?

Yes, it is. That means that we are done with the enjoying of our senses and we realize that this enjoyment does not satisfy us at all but causes us more suffering, then we begging to inquire about if there is some else in life, and that is spiritual life. Because we are spirit souls, no material bodies, the material body is like our outwear dress of the soul. If we just take care of the body and forget about the soul, us, is like we just care about coat and pants and we forget about feeding the body, we will be unhappy. Similarly, we are by nature a seeking pleasure living entities and we only will find real happiness in spiritual engagements, using this body as a instrument or vehicle and at the same time the body and mind will find peace.

You are a loser whose prime time was in high school. Find the unemployment line now, it is a place you'll be for most of your life. You will never see a naked anything. You may be thrown in jail for drugs. You will be peed on by your dog. Your only friend laughs at you. I may throw my change in your begging cup. I may do you a favor and throw the change in front of a moving bus in the hopes you dive after it. Are you necessary for society? Probably not. Volunteer for science experiments with you as the worthless subject.

Once you lose the organized life of school, it's pretty much up to you to create your own organization in your life and meet people on your own. Ain't nobody gonna be sticking you in a class with 29 other people and set you in groups of 3 to work on a class project and then you make friends with those people.
Nope, it's up to you! You can either be a social person out and about, or you can be like me: a homebody one step away from hermit.

m8, you need a change, scrape enough money together and travel abit, for as long as you can afford, you will meet new people and make new friends.
You can use the time to sort out what you want form life and how you will achieve it, above all dont worry about the past, enjoy the here and the now!

If you have just left high school what is so crap about your life??...you are young, healthy ,have no comittments and have the world at your feat. Life doesnt happen to you , you have to live it!
stop moaning and get out there ...you only get one and its pretty short so make it happen for you !
