i don't know who is in it but basically a tramp goes to live in someones basement and does some really weird things and the guy who's basement it is gets blamed for murder and he can't get rid of the tramp. and something about a severed hand in a box also.
its American and quite a few years old.

i've got it. my memory booted up and remembered it.
its called 'the vagrant'. the guy buys a house and the tramp lives in the basement.
watch it, it is good.
