and further they can be said that there are 5 continents

if u take North America and South America a single continent America and Europe and Asia as Eurasia

I believe there are just six, considering that America is just one continent... so it would be:

America (South, Central and North America)
Asia
Africa
Antartida
Europe
Oceania

There are only SIX, if you count the "AMERICAS" as ONE Continent, - as SOME do! However, you ASKED for SEVEN, - so, here GOES! They are, - I think:- Asia, Australasia, Africa, Europe, North America, South America and, - lastly, - the one, which EVERYONE seems to FORGET about - and THAT is ANTARCTICA!

I don't believe that there are 7 continents. I believe that there are 6, those being:

1. North America
2. South America
3. Antarctica
4. Australia
5. Africa
6. Eurasia
