Omega.
Omega is the submissive of the group. In some animal societies, the Omega goes out of it's way to be put down (harasses others so that it will be dominated).
Alpha & Omega roles span gender and the animals kingdom. Any collection of a species will have each.

There are also betas and omegas in any community. The beta serves the alpha, and the omega is pretty much the exact opposite to the alpha in every way. Self-deprecating, weak, etc ...
I'm sorry, did you just ask this question so you could have answers to which you could give thumbs down?

Omega. Alpha is the first letter of the Greek ALPHA-bet. See! Omega is the last letter.

Alpha is first and omega is last.
Edit:
Hey! I'm giving everyone a thumbs up who gave the correct answer! I don't know what you wanted to hear but obviously it wasn't the correct answer.
Peace
