I think happiness is the absence of fear. The ability to feel secure and safe, the knowledge and acceptance of your limits and the ability to dream. It is having all of your needs met and knowing that your wants aren't necessarily your needs. It is pleasure in the simple things and awe at the complicated things. A sense of wonder and comfort that keeps you warm. I have felt all of this and more, in an instant. I believe there is complete happiness even if we only find it for a few seconds at a time. That is why we all search for it, all of our lives. I think we just don't stop and realize it so we miss it. Be happy.

I don't think there is such a thing as complete happiness. Now there iiisss happiness, and that is being at peace and loving something or someone. Complete happiness is almost impossible to achieve because that would be in a perfect world, it doesn't exist!!! Somewhere along this journey called life, you will get disappointment and even failure.

People can not be truly happy unless they are striving to learn and achieve new things. Whether it be through knowledge, loved ones, hobbies, or a career, we must keep moving forward to be happy. There are always bumps in the road and you can't expect to be happy 100% of the time, but I do not believe that is what you meant. So as long as you stay productive, be giving, love others, and find ways to eliminate the unnecessary stress in your life, you should be completely happy.

Happiness is a simple thing. It's not grand but it doesn't disappoint. For the most part happiness is just a lack of pain. Complete happiness can be achieved by my definition of happiness. All one has to do, in my eyes, to achieve complete happiness is to come to terms with everything that causes him pain.
Examples:
My parents are messed up... So are everyone's. That's not my fault. I can handle it by doing better things with my life.
The situation is not ideal, but it doesn't have to be. It's workable.
Happiness is not jumping up and down and shrieking with the sheer pleasure of life. It is finding peace with oneself and one's situations in life.
I am quite happy. I'm not completely happy, but for the time being I am quite happy. And as I am only 18 years old, I should have plently of time left to pursue complete happiness. And that only makes me happier.

it is to feel satisfied
it is a very brief sensation that can easily fade away
if the feeling is derived from accomplishments, either own or of others, the satisfaction may last a little longer
