I couldn't agree with you more. Back when many people were farmers I could understand having large families to help out with the chores. I don't understand why people would choose to have so many kids today.

I don't really understand your question especially about slaughter houses. Unless you are a PETA member.
It also depends on if you are talking about one country or the whole world. Some people can't take the pill because they are too poor to pay for them and the governments doesn't provide it for free. But, I am sure you are aware for the feeling that comes with loving someone and wanting physical contact to show just how much you love that person.

A growing population is needed for a growing economy! That is why many European nations who have experienced declines in population are giving incentives for families to have children. Children are a blessing not a burden. Should have your mom stopped having children before your birth? You are a drain on natural resources, you know.

There are many religions that condemn the use of birth control and urge their believers to have many, many children. Mormons for example make their members pay a tithing of 10% of their incomes to the church unless they have seven children (yes, thats right 7). Other religions, like Catholicism, don't allow members to use birth control and therefore have many, many children. And some people just want big families.

I guess they feel like they want a big family. Some parents miss having a baby around once their babies grow up so they have another one. But thats the same with animals. Female animals don' t even care if they have babies, yet people still won't get their pets fixed. It actually saves dogs if they get fixed before they have puppies, they can get some kind of cancer later on and die from having puppies. But its a free world and we can' t make people do the right thing.

Maybe they like kids! I am from a large family and love it, we are all very close and I wouldnt change it for the world! If you want ppl to only be able to have a certain little amount of children, then move to china...oh and by the way we eat a lot of meat...

Its a result of poverty, a husband and wife without a job. What else do you think they do both together? And because its contradict to what church says. I don't think its the population that causes all of that, its the attitude of the people. Government corruption and individual greed.

There are no laws against it here. Everyone has their own reasons for having many children.

Who are you to criticize them?

A lot of people who have big families just do it because that's what they want. A BIG FAMILY.

They are too self absorbed and ignorant to think of all the negatives and the impact it has on our planet.
