Well, the AD issued a statement the other day that Alford was safe, but that he expects progress next season.

I, myself, would like to see Alford go. The Hawks were a perennial "sweet 16" team under Tom Davis, and now can't even get into the NIT. That's sad.

I don't think he'll be fired, at least not this year. They lost a lot of good players last year and I think the school is hoping that this was just a growing year. But if things don't get better next year, you never know.

Probably...he should've took the Indiana job when he had the chance....now he'll end up at some podunk school after being fired....
