I would say about a 55% recall level. I have tons of books, audio tapes and video tapes to help improve it but I don't take the time to learn the techniques. I does no good just sitting in the box.

Sometimes good and most times bad. I use the calendar to remind me of birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, gatherings and so forth. I have had this condition most of my life but it is made worse by a bad thyroid and now, unfortunately, age is slowly creeping upon me. Just another thing to add to the calendar. LOL

not good :'( and im only 14 :) i remember the stupid useless stuff but i cant remember important things like stuff for tests or when i have stuff due etc. :) oo and i forget what people are talking about the second i leave or something
