Move in relation to what?

Clouds are water particles at different heights above the ground and are carried by wind; an effect of the sun heating areas of the earth in different patches creating huge areas of hot and cold air which move around due to pressure.

If you are stood on the ground, the cloud moves in relation to your position, with the wind.

As mentioned, just look at them. If there is no wind then chances are that there is little difference in pressure as the air is at the same temperature all around you (I'm talking about a very big area, the size of a small country or a region).

Then the clouds move more slowly, but they always move, generally from the sea to high ground where they condense into rain.

Yes they move. Look up in the sky and you will see them moving. The wind current and jet stream move the clouds.

Yes, clouds move. They change their direction and they move quickly if it is windy.

Of course they do, the wind blows them and they are constantly growing, shrinking, merging with other clouds etc.
