I think you should contact your doctor, this sounds like symptoms of preclampsia, which can be very serious.

First and MOST important: MAKE SURE to see your OBGYN to rule out pre=ecclampsia. This is highly dangerous. Which could very well be reason for the swelling. How bad is the swelling?
If it is (or isnt) either way; stay off your feet LONGER than you are on them. You need to elevate your feet ABOVE your heart, propped up on pillows or the arm of the sofa, or wherever.
The itching should be discussed with your doc also. There is a condition that occurs during pregnancy, that causes all the itching-Its been awhile, so I do not remember the name.
PLEASE! take pre-ecclampsia seriously!

To reduce the swelling in the legs, massage the legs using the palms. To stop the itching eat more vegetables, drink more water and boil 3 cloves raw-garlic in water squeeze 1 lemon or lime in it, then mix them together, the garlic will allow circulation, but first find out if you are allergic to any of them. Various herbal remedies can be substitued, but with caution. Peppermint for cardio-vascular rhythm balance, white oak "also known to some as don quai" for heart muscle strength; make sure that you start with the massage of the legs first, and drink more water; keep in mind to take some time and de-stress by deep breathing techniques; it could well be extra stress that causes the harmonal changes, which could very well be the reason that the body burn b5, b6 & other key vitamins to keep the balance please try to exercise a little for this is detrimental to blood movement, breath deeply, not too much exercise but a moderate amount, and sleep well.

Hi--well most pregnant women do have odema feet which can b very normal-but dont take that for granted--what u can do for now--is raise ur feet when sitting for long periods, walk once in a while when ur sitting in a cinema hall, when sleeping put cushions under ur ankles, but mainly get ur blood pressure checked--u shud also cut down on ur salt intake--avoid fast foods--burger,pizza,subz--they have way too much salt-also avoid spicy or fried foods-if its still not ok--check with a dr--most of my friends said the swelling reduced after the baby was born-but its uncomforatble and there may also b enlarged nerves which can b painful--

You may get some medication for the itching... talk to your Dr. about that. The meds they give for it will most likely make you sleepy though. Better get the sleep now though cause once that baby is here, you won't be albe to.
I am afraid the swelling is here to stay. You can try support hose, elevating your legs and drinking lots of water.
Good luck!

when your at home put you feet up for as long as you can just rest. swelling is normal at your stage.
if your itching that means your growing which is also normal just apply plenty of cream and try not to itch to much if you get stretch marks don't worry.

Try to rest if you can ...with your feet propped up on a pillow. Also watch your salt intake. If its your belly that is itching use cocoa butter lotion ...it works wonders!
