last night i was at a restaurant wearing a mini skirt and i wasnt wearing any underwear, a guy kept staring up my skirt and his g/f noticed him staring and dragged him away calling me a ****. i dont think i am but maybe i am? am i?

Well, I'm all for the comando thing but if you're wearing a short skirt, people will get offended if they see that. Imagine if a little kid saw it!! Personally, I think it's in bad taste to let people see something that private. Wear pants or a knee length skirt next time.
