I'm on the Ortho Tri-Cycln Lo & with any birth control you should take it everyday at the same time otherwise it may not be 100% effective. I take mine at 2pm because I know that no matter what day it is I'll be up at 2 & I have an alarm set on my phone since I always have that on me as well.

I have merena. It is a miracle birthcontrol!!! It lasts for five years is inserted into the cervix..you don't even knoe it is there and you don't have to remember anything except to make an appointment in five years to have it removed. I love it. When I was on the pill I took everymorning with breakfast...but I got preggo with my son on the pill cause it is just too hard to rember everyday unless you have been taking it for years. If I were you I would get the shot...It's every three months and is very reliable.

you should take it every day at the same time or it wont be as affective.. i learned about it in school. also if you have a cell phone, put an alarm on it to go off at the same time everyday!

i use to take low ovral
at bed time and i left it by the bed so i would not forget
when i set the alarm or brought my drink in i took it
