you need a system start up disk.

you need to frist save any data you may need second either hold down the F10 key to start up system restore when booting up your computer or find your restore disks and put them into your top drive and then restart it and follow the instructions. if your computer dont work with the disks and F10 dont work then go to the home site of who ever your computer was made from. download any system check software they may have. then try that. if till nothing. then give geek squad a call. they know every thing about computers they should know. http://www.geeksquad.com
