yes it is. make sure you have iTunes though.
I'll briefly explain how to do this:
Step 1: open iTunes and Limewire
Step 2: go to the library in Limewire, there is an icon that says 'share'.
Step 3: click on it. a folder containing all your music files will appear. select all songs then drag it to iTunes.
it will automatically find the album artwork (if available).
REMEMBER: you have to be sharing your files on Limewire for this to work.
when you want to update your files just do the same thing, iTunes will not transfer the songs twice, it'll only add the new songs.
Lastly, sync your iPod with your computer. Good to go!

Limewire is merely the source to acquire the records. The uncooked MP3 records themselves could desire to then be imported into the iPod. the least puzzling way of doing that's with I-Tunes (that's lined along with your iPod on a seperate CD). As I by no skill cherished I-Tunes, I even have tried different music administration application for the iPod, and regrettably, I-Tunes is the least puzzling to apply. that's amazingly person friendly, yet does use numerous device source memory. As for different music components, you may rip your very own CD's, acquire from Limewire, bear share, etc., or acquire perfect from Apple themselves. as long because of the fact the format is MP3 or MP4 the iPod will play it.

It is! Just make sure that you have a limewire folder in your itunes library (it should make one automatically after your first download). Then, go to your Ipod settings on itunes (your Ipod has to be connected to your computer) and set imports to "manually manage songs and playlists". Then drag the folder on to your Ipod icon and it will import. If you are still confused, justr email me.

Yes, there a sync button on the tools menu in itunes. If you don't have it download it and it will scan your pc for it , also you can copy and paste a song directly in itunes. create a new folder in iteunes, call it whatever you like. For example i will call this songs4me. Go to Limewire copy the song, go to i tunes and paste in the folder.

ATHENS, Ohio - The music industry is asking 50 Ohio University students to pay $3,000 each to avoid lawsuits accusing them of pirating songs off the Internet.

A letter to one Ohio University student told her that she distributed 787 audio files, putting her total minimum potential liability at more than $590,000. The minimum damages under the law is $750 for each copyright recording that had been shared, the letter said.

The only way I have managed to do is is to download from limewire (or whatever), burn to disc, then rip the disc back on using itunes.

Although there is probably a simpler way to do it which some clever person will tell you here and I will look a bit thick! :-)
