Drink 3 soda bottle size containers of water a day. Eat fresh fruit daily. Eat grains and whole wheat daily for your fiber. Enjoy yogurt either fresh, store bought or frozen. And throw in an Acidophyllis pill daily.
Oh!! Don't forget to get some type of daily exercise. Make it fun and it won't seem like work.
