that stays on all day.i have oily skin so the eyeliner i use smudges and wears off so i have to re apply it all day long.

i have oily skin also and had the same problem.the eyeliner that i found that works the best is rimmel.i get mine for like 3 or 4 dollars depending on the color and size.also liquid liner works good too because after you put it on it dries so it doesn't smudge as bad as regular liner does.

MAC has a very good gel eyeliner in which you apply with a brush and it dries and stays on all day - even through tears and rubbing!! However, for the oily skin, use a face blotting paper to remove excess oil before applying any eyeliner.

mac powerpoint is good. i've also heard good things about revlon colorstay.
what you should do before and after applying eyeliner is put some powder on the area. use a small brush, like a lip brush, and be careful not to get powder in your eye. this helps with the smudging. there is no perfect eyeliner, but applying the powder really helps.

Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner. I have very oily skin too and this works good. I put a little face powder on my eyelids before I apply it and it makes it stay on all day.

I like MAC Powerpoint, it does last all day, no smudging. Revlon Colorstay and Prestige Waterproof are also very good, you won't go wrong with any of those.

MAC Fluidline. Very easy to apply witha brush and once it sets, it does not budge! Great colors, too.

the best brand (for me) is by principal secret. other popular ones are by clinique. they dont smudge like my 99 Cent ones do

Sometimes a liquid liner is a good choice because once it dries there isn't any smearing.
