Men keep it in your pants when not at home and treat your wife like a new girlfriend not a door mat. Women, if you are going to have kids stay at home and take care of them, fancy clothes and nails really is not that full filling when someone else is raising your kids.

Communication to make the woman happy and sex to make the man happy.
If the man is not a good communicator with the woman she won't want to have sex, most men I know are not happy not getting sex and it seems to effect other areas of the relationship and make them not as close to their partner.
