wd40 was initially intended to be a solvent, so it should work perfectly.

If you go to any paint section in a store, they'll have some type of solution with a scraper attached for removing glue, tape etc. Very simple.

WD40 would most likely work. There is also warm or hot water mixed with a bit of lemon or orange juice in it. The acids in the fruits help some. Good luck!

scrape it off with a razor blade. Then use a cleaner and scrub with a brillo pad or something corse. My daughter tapes stuff up all the time and I have the same problem.. I cleaned it up a bought her a bunch of magnets.

Carol H. Said it WD 40 works great at taking off sticky things.

If you save bottles for assorted uses but cannot get the labels off. Just spray them with WD 40 and in the morning they will peal right off.

use laquer thinner or some petrolum solvent. use a cloth to help scrub. maby light steel wool like 0000 grit to stop the solvent just spray and wipe with water. it si heaver and will displace the solvent.

Wd40 that should work. It is even used for arthritis. Spray it on your joints thats what I read in a article...
