I have been sick,prolapsed uterus&bladder&Endo. Can't get hysterectomy 'till july,Am married to a man who drink's every day(functioning alci.) I am actually sober,6.5 months!yeah! Thank God I haven't drank through all this! He put's me down pretty much every day,I try to stand up for myself,but,it get's hard when you alway's end up wrong(in his eye's)all the time!!!Example,I told him last nite,(for antenna)there was a hole on top of the t.v.,he said you have a hole in your head!it's thing's like that,that I'm tired of.Can't financially do anything right now,(housewife)mom,too,& yes,I know it's not good for my kid's to see&hear this C***,my family is all in calif. I'm in Wa. Mom's gone,no dad,feel VERY alone&lonely!I'm 40,been through alot,survived,I alway's think,Lord,there's a reason for this,but,I'm getting tired!Am getting stronger,got to admit,But,I'm human too, My kid's have me,take good care of them.Just wish they had him too.married17yrs. Sound like you've got a lot going on, and probably feel overwhelmed.Unlike the idiot that answered you by saying to denounce your faith, I would like to tell you that although we pray and have others pray for us, we don't always get instant answers to those prayers, as you probably know. My husband works alot, so I know what it is to feel lonely, but with your husband, it doesn't sound like you are getting the emotional support you need from him. Does he have any spiritual beliefs/inclinations? Some men shut down emotionally when they don't know WHAT to do. Do you get out of the house some? Can you go visit other people? Sometimes helping others helps us to forget temporarily our our own troubles. But, never let up on the prayer. God will help in His own time, and His own way. Oh Congratulations on the sobriety! Keep up the good work. Since you asked for prayers, can you go to a Bible study somewhere? or have one at your house? You need some positive, uplifting surroundings. I'll pray for you, and please know there are people who do care.

Oh Great Creator, whose voice I hear in the wind, I ask that you take Lori and lift her up. Give her strength to deal with her health issues and take good care of her children. Touch her husband with your mighty hands so that he may have some compassion for her. Great Father, only you have the power and wisdom to help your daughter, Lori. You have blessed her by taking the wicked alcohol from her system and are blessing her each day she remains sober. Please take Lori into your arms heal her, love her and protect her.

I will pray that you find the strength to deal with the situation you are going through now. Be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. He is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we can ask or think. Pray for yourself, it helps to be in touch.

unfortunately it does sound like you're in a bit of a bind, any chance your mother would pay for you and the kids to come live with her? maybe you try (i know your sick) getting a job? perhaps there are credit cards in both y'alls name? if so, you could spend the hell outta that. whatever you decide, dont do anything rash, your children need you (since dad obviously isnt a great provider)

I think it is clear that your faith in Jesus is ruining your life. Renounce your religion and give your health a chance to recover.
