In many ways the draft could be good for this country. Many young people go through life without any structure in their lives and being drafted could get them needed self esteem. Since the end of the draft far too many have wondered down the path of destruction and society has tended to encourage negative behavior. One item of the draft should be changed and that is exceptions. Those unfit for regular military service should be given civilian civil service jobs so that the rich can't buy their way out of service. The college deferment could be kept but upon graduation from college those selected should report for service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
