To day ourIndia is made an open market. So manyNRI parties are doing purchesing the immovable property in our
India. Govt. of India are getting huge revenue. Why not purchese the NRI parties. so many special schems are being made for NRI for purchesing the immovable property. ournationalsied banking sectors are much more interested.

Non Indians are not allowed to freely to aquire property in India:
They have to get RBI permission and there must be provision in selling to other country people
