Can you leave your home without locking your doors ?

I know many people can still do this today ..... would you feel comfortable leavng your doors unlocked ? If you went for a short stroll vs went away all day ???

I CAN"T do it! I live in a safe neighbordhood where I could leave my front door unlocked but there is not way I could walk away knowing the front door is unlocked! Two reasons: 1) it is a habit, 2) it is better to be safe than sorry. Like buying insurance we may never need, I lock my door because there may be a day out of a 1,000 where someone will try to enter without my permission.
