Hyland's teething tablets and gel are a God send! They're amazing, homeopathic, and if your little girl is still in a lot of pain, you can double up with some tylenol as needed.

My 6 mo. old is also teething he's getting all 4 of his upper teeth in he already has hisbottom 2 poor babies it isn't fair! But I find that the "little teethers" gel works better for him than the orajel does so maybe try a differant brand of gel. Also I've been freezing peeled bananas for him to chew on when he gets a little fussy just put a popcicle stick in it so it's not as cold on her little hands!

Try Hyland's Teething Tabs. Its a homeopathic remedy. Works well for some kids, not at all for others.
Also, call your doc for the ok, but Motrin works better for teething pain than Tylenol.

I've heard teething tablets are good. Never have tried with my 1st two kids, but when my twins start teething, I'm definately going to try. Orajel is pretty good, but doctors say too much use of any numbing gel can cause nerve damage in babies' gums. Plus, it numbs their poor little tongues and can cause them to bite it.

Seriously Hylands teething tablets are a gem!! Also, I would take the little finger sleeve you get with the different nursery care pkgs, it has the bristles on it. I would rub my sons gums with that and that would soothe. http://store.babycenter.com/product/safety+-+baby+care/health+care/ear+-+teeth+care/comfort+care+gum+-+toothbrush+set.do?asc=false
There are the baby safe feeders http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2404768&cp=2255981.2256162.2256179&parentPage=family that you can put frozen food or ice cubes and let them chew on it and not worry about choking. I would also freeze the broccoli stalk after using the head and give that to him to chew on.
I only provided the links so you can see what I am trying to describe. good luck

Does this healthcare professional no longer have infants? of course it hurts. there is no longer ordinary bone reducing by way of their delicate little gums. i ask your self if he thinks menstrual cramps are "all in her head." My toddler nephew is teething, and you will possibly be able to tell it hurts. He places his little hand (or something he can chew) into his mouth on the sore spot and fusses. My sister has some toddler Oro-Gel (uncertain if that's the best spelling) such as you place on chilly sores to numb the section. the 1st time I placed it on his gums, he did no longer understand why I had my finger in his mouth. He bit down on my finger. It might desire to have been a sore spot because of the fact he purely screamed. He would not cry like that when he's purely fussy or mad. the only time he howls like that's while he's harm, like while he bumps his head on something. for specific I felt undesirable, yet i'm fortunate. he's one among those young infants who in straight forward terms wails for some seconds while he's harm.

Anbesol or Orajel for infants. I have two daughters myself and either of those two will help. Just put a pea sized amount on your finger tip and rub it on her gums. She'll thank you.
