i've found some sites where i can download the ringtone onto my comp. how on earth do i get the ringtone into my phone?? and guys my phone is a nokia 11800. i know its out dated but thats what i've got.

Depending on your carrier, here are a couple places that provide a way to send the ringtone to your phone and also a way to download the ringtone with instructions in the forums on how to place the ringtones on to your phone:
