i am like an hour away from an interview at the hospital i am sooooo nervous i am going to have to take an assesement test, does anyone know what type of test this is? a general knowledge or what? i am so nervous and i cant stop thinking about the test, i realy need this job, as u can prolly tell by my other question about my current boss.
please if anyone can offer any tips or anything

Without knowing what job you're going for, it's pretty hard to tell exactly what the test is. It could simply be a typing test, but more likely, it's something testing your medical knowledge.

It might test basic medical terminology and/or procedures to see how well you know the medical field. Or it could provide you with some simulations and/or scenarios to judge your experience and training in the medical arena.

The assessment test is probably an attempt to find out what sort of person you are. The questions help determine things like what you do when you find difficulties, how you respond in situations that are unfamiliar, how you view authority figures, and the like. If you answer all the questions like a "good little soldier" they will probably hire you.
