I think it's both, we now have the Internet to shop on and more and more people are becoming less interactive with each other. If every one tried to use their manners more and treat people with respect. Both could be allot better. But until that happens I am perfectly fine shopping on line and not having to deal with Nasty minded customers and hateful service providers.

Bad customer service. People no longer realize that they have jobs because of the customers, and should therefore provide customer service.

A customer would say it's bad customer service. A customer service agent would say it's bad customers :-).

Good question. Where does it start? The rude, overbearing customer, or the angry woman or child that feels that they "have to work here."? Where does it end? The customer service person who ignores the person who thinks they own the store after having spent $2.00, or the customer who reports the rude clerk to the supervisor?

properly, i've got observed this with lady African't-individuals extra so than the boys. even while they're handing you despite you got, they might desire to do it with that "ghetto recommendations-set" turn of the hand and the "mmhmm" boost of the snout. Racial rigidity will exist for a protracted time to return. regardless of the undeniable fact that, agreeing with between the solutions above, i might might desire to fee (East) Indians as being the main unprofessional while in positions of servitude.
