Does GSM900, GSM1800 and GSM1900 phone works at Cingular?

I'm planing to buy a Sony Eriscon K750i.
Does it work at Cingular network?
This phone has GSM 900, GSM 1800 and GSM 1900 but does NOT have GSM 850.
