A soft, lint free & cloth to lightly flick over the screen first to get rid of some of the fluff , then make the cloth very slightly damp & wipe the screen gently. Afterwards, if you have it, wipe the screen again with the kind of cloth that one uses for cleaning eye glasses. Do this periodically will help keen the screen spotless & clear.

Yep, a soft, lint-free just-damp cloth'll do it, and buff gently afterwards. And stop whatever you're doing to spatter it.

A soft, damp cloth will work. I said DAMP, not soggy. You can also use (sparingly) glass cleaner or alcohol.
