You mean expunged.

If you've never been arrested, and never been convicted or sentenced in any court, then you have no criminal record.

And in almost all states, any juvenile activities are sealed and not accessible once you turn 18.

If you were never arrested then you have no criminal record. Even if it was criminal, because it occurred before you were 18 that record is sealed anyway and cannot be accessed in a record search.

Now, if your talking about your education records - that is up to the school to take it off. As they say "this is going on your permanent record" - they actually mean it. If it occurred in 7th grade then it can truly have no bearing on your adult life.

Go to court and ask a judge. Since it was in the seventh grade, it can probably be "sealed", but not "expunged".

Ask the school how to go about expunging the record.

Good luck.
