Should the ACLU pay for the bill?

Since the American Civil Liberties Union wants to tell everybody how to do what "They" think is right concerning illegal immigrants, should they be required to pay for the services that illegal immigrants keep refusing to pay for?

It's not about what the ACLU thinks is right concerning illegal immigrants.

The ACLU is concerned only with what the Constitution says about any given topic.
