Does anyone know how to get to the Wiper motor on a 2005 ford focus?

I've been trying to get to it but i dont really want to pull off the black guard (the honey comb shaped one) Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have to put the wiper arms back on the motor.

Should be on the firewall, in the engine compartment...
