No, you only need send the transcript that you can recieve credit for taking the classes. However if you have several different classes that can be used it would be advised to seed them all if an average grade of C was recieved.

If those schools have credits that you either want to transfer over, or are relevant to the degree you'll be pursuing, then the answer is YES.

You don't HAVE to, but if you want to get credit, if they accept them, you will need to do so.
