Without proper diagnostics one can't really be sure. It could be loose or broken suspension parts, loose or broken brake parts, and it might not be in your brake or suspension area to start with, it could be a loose heat shield on your engine.

Take it to a trusted technician and have them take a good look at the underneath of your car, they would be able to tell you more afterwards.

There are several things not all suspension that would cause your vehicle to make various noises or vibrations.

Alignment issues do not always result in the obvious pull to right or left of the steering wheel. There is camber and castor involved both in front and rear, some vehicles can be adjusted all around while others can't.

If you're worried about your alignment, have it checked and aligned. Alignment cause unwanted wear and tear on all of your steering and suspension parts.

If it is your alignment you can tell by looking at your tires. Are the edges wearing more than the other side. It is possible to have them turned in just right and still drive staight. On my 98 van, they were so turned in that my brake pads were sheared at a diagonal. First time I have seen this happen.

I took it to Brake check for $100 for front end alignment but it is a lifetime. So next month I will take it in and pay ZERO. It has paid for itself then.

cv's, struts, tie-rod ends, control arm bushings or ball joints are things to look at.
