yes... it was in an X-Men comic book... quick silver (marvel's villain version of flash) was causing a reck, professor Xavier couldn't locate him because he was in constant motion,

telepathy requires a lock on the target you are trying to communicate and if they are moving to fast... sucks for the psychic

If they could, then maybe they could be a telepath...but I highly doubt it. Because who's thoughts are the out running the telepaths or there own ?? I mean if professor X took control of the flash the fights over. He would control The Flashes mind...and surpress his thoughts. It wouldn't have nothing to do with how fast the Flash can go..cause professor x is in his mind...you can't out run your own thoughts.

First, moving faster than the speed of thought isn't difficult when you're talking about some people. And for an answer, I don't think so. (Whoops--there he went!)
